Procedures for Treating Musty Spaces

Customer Responsibilities

Area to be deodorized must be free of all pets, garbage, hanging towels and open food.
Curtains should be drawn and bedding (sheets, pillow cases) removed if you want your mattresses deodorized.

Our Responsibilities

If the home has central forced air, remove the filter and set fan to run without heat or cooling.
Seek out cold air return and plan to place one pail with bubbler so draft may be pulled through ductwork.

ClO2 Gas Distributors (Rhinos)

Place trays and distributors in locations for maximum effect. Setting units in remote corners and pointed towards commonly occupied areas (couches, carpeted areas, etc) will help obtain the best results. Bubblers MUST be used with any buckets and are advisable for use in Gas Distribution trays.
Fill buckets and trays with (1) quart of water for each 100g tablet used. Plan to use (1) tablet for every 200 square feet of floor area.
EXAMPLE: (2) Rhinos, each having (2) trays containing (2) quarts of water and (2) tablets for 1600 sf of area will equal (8) tablets evenly distributed. The bucket used for a furnace duct system is not counted - so (9) tablets total.
Extension cords for ALL devices are returned to a SINGLE TIMER power strip for controlled energizing.
